Mihov Active 800x600 is a program for web and software developers. It helps you see how large a program or browser window would be if resized to a screen size of 800 x 600 pixels or any other size.
This is done by pressing the Start button within the program and then in three seconds selecting the window that needs to be resized. The window will automatically change to the specified size and you will see the contents of it refreshed.
